Venus Netball Club are hosting their first "Mixed Netball League" this July. We have 12 teams entered and hope it will be a real success.
We have entered 2 teams into the Dominoes Tournament this August and are hoping to improve on last year's performance.
Venus Summer Tournament will be taking place on the 28th June at the Manchetser Velodrome. We hope to repeat the success of last year's tournament.
Venus has entered a team into the Trafford League at Lostock College this Summer and we are looking forward to the new challenge.
Our first Summer Tournament was held on 9th June at the Velodrome (National Cycling Centre), Manchester. With 14 teams entering, the day was a great success - see Tournament Info page for more information including winners.
After the success of our Beginner's Umpiring Course, we hosted a C-award course on the 8th July at Didsbury Sports Centre. 15 players from various teams turned out to develop their umpiring skills and the day was a success.
